Prayer for Reconciliation, Peace, and Truth

O God, if there is a God, and if you are God, then behold: I have given away much of my sins to the world to know you, for the full list seems innumerable.  I have put my life where my mouth has been.  I have destroyed my kingdom that I have built up for myself in this world: all that I have understood that I have not received from you, and had therefore taken for myself.  I have sold all that I took for myself that you didn't give me that I could sell and gave it to the poor.  The substantive things I would not have been able to sell I have donated for the sake of good will. I have informed my employer of my malfeasance.  I have confessed to them whom I have wronged, striven to be reconciled with them, and made restitution as far as possible.  I have fasted and prayed much for those I considered my enemies, as well as him who I treated as an enemy without justification, and have embraced them and humbled myself to them and made peace with them; the one you...

Forgiveness for All

I forgive all of everything they may have done to me, or whatever I thought they may have done to me.  What have you done to me that I have not done to others, and worse besides?   If there be a God, I pray he forgive everyone of everything they have ever done to me, that we may be reconciled, that we may dwell together in his presence in joy, happiness, harmony, and unity, forever and ever, worlds without end, that we may be one.  And if I have sinned unknowingly against another, I pray he reveal it to me that I may restore and be reconciled to them if that is possible according to their will.  And if I harbor a grudge against any, or ill-will, or a debt, or an injury, or in the least thing have malice towards any, let him reveal even that to me, that I may intercede for my enemy, that I might bear their sin and return good, until they are blessed and my heart is healed towards them, that we may be one. May God, if there be such, bless all who read this.  Amen....

Why I Do This

Why Did You Do This??? I believe in the Lord Jesus Christ.  I believe in Him deeply enough to offer my marriage, my children, my reputation, my esteem among men, even my very life, and burn them in sacrifice upon His altar in the hopes that the smoke thereof may ascend into the unseen temple and enter His nostrils with a savory scent that He may be satisfied with my travails and my repentance and forgive me and justify me and cleanse me of my sins that I may finally become holy, without spot, and be filled with peace, light, and perfect love; that I may finally know God, and Jesus whom He has sent. I am trying an experiment upon what I hope is the word of a God, to see if indeed He exists and is a God of truth who cannot lie.  I am putting myself, all that I am and have, on this bet, withholding nothing.  I am doing this in the view of the world.  If I am right, then I am showing forth an example of correct faith.  If I am right, I am following the example...

The Public Confession of the Sins of Jared Joshua Livesey

The Public Confession of the Sins of Jared Joshua Livesey Behold, he that has repented of his sins, the same is forgiven, and I, the Lord, remember them no more. By this you may know if a man repents of his sins: behold, he will confess them and forsake them. -  T&C 45:9 This list may not be complete because my memory's not what it used to be.  Maybe it doesn't matter for my purpose to be exacting.  There will be enough here to get the point.   This list is not in order.  I may add to it from time to time. I feel that I stole candy from supermarkets when young.  I feel that it was maybe once or twice.  I don't recall a specific instance.  I lied to my parents about being followed home by a van while a child.  They called the cops and I lied to the cops, keeping up the story. I lied about peeing on my brother during a bath. I learned from a sex education manual from the Cal State University Bakersfield (CSUB) library at about ...

My Confession

To Whom It May Concern, and All of My Listeners and Readers Ever: Accept accountability for your misconduct the instant it’s brought to your attention, to avoid leaving this life unrepentant and risking condemnation. I warn you: You’ll discover no way to escape before paying fully for every sin; and while in prison under condemnation, are you able to redeem yourself? I warn you that you cannot. - 3 Ne. 5:26 CE I, Jared Livesey, do confess to everyone within reach of this document, that as of 11:25 AM  PDT 10/7/26, I am spiritually blind, and always have been spiritually blind, if spirits even exist.  I have not beheld the things of heaven, and do not know if heaven exists.  I have not seen the Lord Jesus Christ, and for this reason, I do not know that he exists, nor the Father, nor the Council of the Gods, nor angels, nor saints, nor demons, nor all the rest.  I do not know the scriptures are true.  I do not know Joseph Smith was a true prophet, and I do not kn...
